Delivery World’s delegates visited “Routes Americas-2013”

In the period from 10 to 12 February 2013, the representatives of our company attended the 6th International Forum of Commercial Aviation – “Routes Americas-2013”, which took place in the fifth-largest city in Colombia, Cartagena. “Routes Americas” is one of the largest events both of the South and the North Americas in the field of air transportation, which brings together the representatives of the key regional airlines, airports and freight forwarding companies to exchange ideas, explore new trends and the experience of colleagues.

By the way, the venue for “Routes Americas” became the Airport of Cartagena - Sociedad Aeroportuaria de la Costa SA - one of the largest aviation hub in the Caribbean region. The forum was held by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism of Colombia, Latin American Air Transport Association ALTA and other Colombian and international organizations.

Latin America is a strategically important region for our company: air freight forwarding of goods from Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Peru, Chile and other rapidly developing countries is a high-demanded service. We transport goods such as raw materials for the food industry, clothing and textiles, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, live exotic animals for zoos and kennels, samples of different products etc. So for us, it is essential to keep abreast of developments in the aviation industry of South America. This time our representatives explored the trends and key events in the industry, as well as they held successful negotiations with the major airlines and logistics providers of the region who were interested in the reliable partners who know the European, Asian and n transport industry.
