The decision was made at an emergency meeting of the operational headquarters to prevent the spread of a new infection. Such precautions are quite understandable, considering that since December 2019, 9 thousand 692 confirmed cases of the disease have been registered in China. "Almost all air routes between and China will be closed, except regular Aeroflot flights to Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Hong Kong, as well as regular flights of four Chinese carriers to the capital's Sheremetyevo airport," Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova said.
