Delivery World’s delegates attended international logistics exhibition STL’12 in Moscow

Delivery World’s delegation attended the 19th international exhibition Sklad. Transport. Logistika’2012 (Logistics, Transportation, Automation and Mechanization of Storage and Handling Operations), which took place in Moscow from the 4th to the 7th of September. The exhibition and its conference program were about logistics system, transportation services, and also about means of automation and mechanization of storage managing processes and supplying chains management.

Our representatives were particularly interested in studying the experience of foreign freight forwarders and technology of automation of logistics processes. And they also studied practical business cases about loss prevention while cargo transportation. The subject of cargo insurance and safety of cargo transporting was always of high priority for our company. We tuned up business processes of preparing documentation, handling, packing, loading and unloading of cargos and established cooperative relations with all participants of freight forwarding (shipper and consignee, airlines, storages), so we can guarantee safe cargo transporting. And cooperation with one of the largest insurance company in the world – AXA Group – let us fully protect our customers from all risks related to lost or damage of cargo.

Generally, this attending of the exhibition was very successful to our delegation: our representatives had several business meetings, and some of them were with international logistics market players. They also made several agreements about partnership.
